RSA Security announced today that Overnite Transportation has converted to RSA ClearTrust software to manage user identities and secure customer access to online resources. Overnite Corporation is a leading provider of less-than-truckload (LTL) transportation, and the RSA ClearTrust solution will allow it, says the company, to continue to protect the integrity of its data while improving flexibility and scalability to support its growth initiatives.

According to RSA, ClearTrust software is designed to be a primary component of any identity management system. It is intended to allow organizations to provide secure access to Web applications within intranets, extranets, portals and exchange infrastructures - with transparent, single sign-on access for a positive user experience.
